The journey begins with the innovative online career direction tool, Career Sense Insight©, which you will complete ahead of our session. This questionnaire is specifically designed for New Zealanders and gathers information efficiently, to develop a picture of what really matters to you in a career.

During the session, held at my North Shore/Auckland office, we will discuss the questionnaire answers in detail, and talk about your personal experiences at school, work, during voluntary work, and amidst your family.

Together we will identify clear career themes of interest, and I will suggest which may suit you, based on our discussion.

Next we will look at how to research those career pathways, where reliable information can be found, and I will advise on appropriate study directions for your career/s of choice.

Career planning is a team effort and after a couple of hours with you, I suggest we invite your parent or support person to join us and we will share our findings and any conclusions you have come to.

Following our session, I will provide you with a comprehensive report on our findings as well as originals of all our working documents and information sheets. If needed, I can also follow this up with further information and assistance via email.
